Vex Robotics
The VEX Robotics Competition is the largest and fastest growing middle and high school robotics program globally with more than 4,800 teams from 20 countries playing in over 300 tournaments worldwide. Events are held often and more are being added every week.
The robot is programmed using RobotC, which also allows some of the students to have an oppertunity to program robots to do what ever they so desire.
This year's game is VEX Skyrise. Students, with guidance from their teachers and mentors, aim to build innovative, competitive robots and work together to obtain the most points possible.
It's more than robots and fun though, through their participation in the VEX Robotics Competition and their work within their team, students will learn valuable academic and life skills.
